Payment can be made by cash, check, Paypal, Venmo
Payment may be made weekly or on a monthly basis.
Cancellation policy:
A minimum of 24 hour notice is required for full or partial cancellation of a scheduled lesson otherwise you will be held responsible for payment for the full scheduled time. If cancellation is unavoidable within the 24 hours, a phone call to cancel from the parent will be required. In the case that the skater is sick and could not provide the 24 hour notice, I ask that I am notified as soon as possible and the lesson fee will be waived if the skater is able to make up that lesson within the week. If I will be missing your skater’s lesson, I will extend the same courtesy of letting you know as far in advance as possible so that you are able to make other arrangements.
